High temperatures produced by saunas cause intense sweating and activate your lymphatic system. This combination naturally flushes your body of toxins and metabolic waste from your tissues, including heavy metals and environmental chemicals.
Time in the sauna triggers psychological and physiological effects that help you relax your mind and body during a session. The heat exposure relieves tension in your muscles and joints, encourages more mindful breathing, and gives you a peaceful environment to unwind.
The sauna lowers your cortisol levels, the primary hormone associated with stress. This time helps you disconnect from external stressors and clear your mind of the things that cause unneeded pressure on the daily.
As your body heats up, your blood vessels dilate, and your arteries become more pliable. The increased blood vessel diameter and flexibility allow your blood to flow more easily and enhance overall blood oxygenation.

Skin detoxification from intense sweat in the sauna flushes your pores to remove impurities, dirt, dead skin cells, and toxins from the skin. Sauna sessions contribute to better skin hydration levels, increased collagen production, and reduced inflammation.
Extended time in an infrared sauna mimics moderate exercise by increasing your heart rate and boosting your metabolism. The stress-relieving effects of heat exposure also help you curb stress habits like overeating, which is crucial to maintaining a calorie deficit for weight loss.
Saunas help remove harmful toxins from your body, stimulate white blood cell production, and enhance blood flow to support your overall immune health. Additionally, heat exposure causes your body to release heat shock proteins that protect your cells from stress and damage.
In addition to overall relaxation and the mood boost from an endorphin release, the natural drop in body temperature after a sauna session can trigger a sleep response. Studies show that regular sauna use helps regulate sleep patterns and improves sleep quality.
Heat exposure significantly improves cardiovascular health by vasodilating and increasing flexibility. Regular sauna time can lower blood pressure, increase overall blood flow, and improve endothelial function.
Our infrared saunas are digitally controlled, which gives you more flexibility when choosing the sauna temperature and run time. This lets you dial in your sauna sessions to your exact needs so you get the most out of every minute.
We designed RESET with connection in mind. Our studios throw off the clinical feel of other wellness studios and encourage a sense of community between members.
Regular sauna sessions are only one facet of our multi-stage recovery program at RESET. Check with us during your next visit to learn more about The RESET Method.
RESET breaks the mold when it comes to recovery. You won’t feel like you’re visiting a physical therapist during your sessions. We work hard to make every guest feel welcome and create a positive vibe that makes RESET a great place to be.

I recently joined RESET Mind & Body. This morning I finished my third session and already I am feeling so much better. I have read a lot about the different modalities that RESET offers and I was hopeful this program would help me. At 69 years old, I’m developing your typical aches and pains coupled with a loss of flexibility. I suddenly feel very limber. As I leave their studio I also feel the endorphins kick in. I strongly recommend RESET to anyone looking to make a change in how they feel!

My membership has allowed me to enjoy the full benefits of the hot/ cold water therapy facility, and I couldn’t be happier with the services provided. I highly recommend RESET Mind and Body for anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience.

I’d been wanting to check this place out for a bit and ended up booking last minute on a whim….GREAT decision! It was the perfect remedy for my stressful week. RESET is the perfect name because I felt like it reset my whole day and body to homeostasis. I feel amazing. I’m obsessed with the leg compressions. I will DEFINITELY be back! Shout out to Callie, the girl at the front desk that helped walk me through all the stations. Super passionate and professional. All around great experience. Thank you!

This is one of the best and modern recovery centers I’ve been to. The Saunas are hot and stay hot and vice versa with the cold tubs. The red light rooms are also amazing. The layout is great and so is the calming atmosphere. Would recommend this center to anyone who is looking to level up and improve their health.
You should only spend as much time in the sauna as you feel comfortable. We recommend starting with a 10-minute session, then gradually increasing the time as you get used to the heat exposure.
Daily sauna sessions are the best way to get the most out of the infrared saunas at RESET. We use them as part of The RESET Method, a daily routine that maximizes our recovery modalities.
Absolutely. Saunas help with many causes of chronic pain, including inflammation, joint stiffness, and muscle tightness.
You have access to the infrared saunas when you sign up for a day session, but a monthly membership is the best way to get the most out of your sauna sessions.
We run our infrared saunas at around 160 degrees, which is lower than many traditional saunas. However, to avoid potential adverse side effects, you should still be mindful of your time in the sauna and not spend more than 20 minutes.
