We recommend a 10-minute session per visit, but you can choose to shorten it to meet your recovery needs or only use the treatment as necessary.
We include regular red light sessions in The RESET Method to help you recover faster and act as an excellent mood booster. The treatment’s cellular regeneration and vasodilation effects also mix well with our other modalities, like compression therapy and sauna.
