This facility has such great quality recovery equipment, and everything is always so clean. Plus the environment is very relaxing. The staff and owners are all so nice and extremely helpful! I have been recommending Reset to all of my personal training clients and friends. The perfect addition to my weekly routine!

My experience at this location was calming and rejuvenating! The facilities were spotless and had a soothing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect combination for relaxation and re-energizing. I thoroughly enjoyed every second I was there and plan to make visits here a regular part of my routine. Such a fantastic place! Very clean, great use of space. We did compression, infrared sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge and reflex light. Victoria helped us and was very thorough in helping to explain the flow and setting us up. Will absolutely be back and would 10/10 recommend this zen den.
