Had the best afternoon here today. Loved being able to do compression, sauna, cold plunge, and red light all in one place! The atmosphere was so nice, I didn’t want to leave. Was fun to go with friends and catch up while doing something good for us too. Can’t wait to make this part of my daily routine!
