Our founders, Tim and Spencer, began RESET because of their own experiences in the recovery space. As avid athletes and fitness enthusiasts, they realized the best recovery modalities were previously reserved for professional athletes or the ultra-wealthy, so they set out on a mission to make them available to everyone at an affordable price. They opened their first RESET studio in Uptown, Phoenix in 2022, and after realizing the positive impact the studio was making on so many lives, they knew they had to share RESET with the world.
