Very clean, and professional. Compression room is great. Sauna is hot. Cold plunge is amazing. Red light room is great. All the employees are fabulous. If it is your first time, the employees will walk you through everything and even help you stay calm in the cold plunge.
You should only spend as much time in the sauna as you feel comfortable. We recommend starting with a 10-minute session, then gradually increasing the time as you get used to the heat exposure.
